The Bursa Mehter Band attended to the 3rd Military Bands Festival in Veliko Turnovo in Bulgaria between 15-21th September also several bands attended to this festival from Germany,Poland, Italy, Rumania and Bulgaria. The Bursa Mehter Band gave concerts in Stara Zagora and Pleven also they mentioned history and they were affected in these old Turkish Cities.
